Noir was founded in Copenhagen in 2014. We work in three places at once — the identity, the interface, and the site people meet them through — because those three drift apart when different teams own them.
Most of our work starts after something has already been built: a product that works but doesn’t look like itself, or a brand that stopped matching what the company became. We are usually the second team in, and we prefer it that way.
We keep the group small. The people who design the work are the people who build it, so nothing is handed over and nothing launches looking different from the design.
