The challenge
Everything the business runs on lived behind a screen that had been extended feature by feature for four years and never redrawn.
Luxoria’s operations tool did everything and explained nothing. Four years of additions had left twelve entry points to the same task and no obvious place to start.
We rebuilt it around the three jobs people open it for, moved everything else behind them, and kept the density the team actually wants — this is a screen they live in all day, not a landing page.
